It’s designed for outdoor use. Indoors, only use it in a large open space such as a gym or garage with roughly 15–20 feet of clear room.

Not once it’s filled. Pour water or sand into the base before you play. Sand is heavier and best for adults; water is great for kids and easy to empty afterward.

1. Fill the base with water or sand and close the cap.
2. Clip the metal hook onto the base.
3. Tie the elastic rope to the hook.
4. Step back with clear space on all sides and start hitting.

Yes, for ages 7 and up with adult supervision. Keep other people, pets, windows and cars well clear of the swing area, and check the rope and ball before each session.
