Shipping Policy

Aquavanta offers free standard shipping on every order to the United States. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping destinations

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, severe weather or carrier disruptions.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. To change your address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and before it has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Import duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout includes all charges payable to us. You will not be asked by us to pay any additional fees on delivery. If a carrier requests a payment on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
