These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aquavanta website and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from images because of screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, your remedy is set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel any order placed at that price. We will notify you and refund any amount you have paid in full.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

You may cancel an order free of charge by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Our products are sports training equipment. Use them only as intended and in accordance with any instructions provided. Before use, check that the product is in good condition and that you have enough clear space around you. Children should use our products only under adult supervision. You are responsible for using our products safely and for any risk arising from misuse, modification, or use contrary to instructions.

All content on this website, including the Aquavanta name and logo, text, graphics, images and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
