30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email aquavanta71@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won’t need to send the item back.

Changed your mind. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Lost packages. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, we’ll reship it or refund you in full.

Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. We ship to all 50 states, with no minimum order.

Processing and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 8–15 business days. Delivery can take longer during holidays.

Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to correct your address.
