30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love every Roving Peddler find. If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at support@aquavantaus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won’t need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your damage claim is approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
